Every new account starts on a 30-day trial with the Solo surfaces unlocked: add your positions, then Home, My money, Stocks, Ask Erina and all ten questions under Do something on your own money. Flip to Advanced and the same trial opens Today's queue, three agents on the desk, the four decision workflows and watchlists. The trial carries no AI credits, so the steps that read with a model run on the sample book until a plan is active. When the trial ends the account drops to Free — lookups and calendars, without positions or AI — until you pick a plan. Nothing is deleted.

It's the first screen, because everything useful follows from it — and it takes about a minute. Screenshot your broker's positions page and drop it in, paste the rows, upload a CSV or type them; every row is shown back to you before it's saved. If you'd rather look around first, there's a sample book one click away, tagged as a sample on every screen, and everything works the same way on it.

You keep the account and drop to Free: any stock in plain English, macro and calendars, the sample portfolios. Adding or editing positions and everything that reads with AI need a plan. Pick one from the Account page whenever you're ready.

No. Erina is built for people who hold positions for months or years and have ten minutes a day — a job, a family, a life. It reads your portfolio for you and tells you when something needs a decision, so you don't have to watch a screen. If you want live tick-by-tick trading tools, another product will serve you better.

They're two views of the same account, and every plan has both. Simple is the default: five destinations — Home, My money, Stocks, Ask Erina, Do something — in plain words, one question per screen, and no credits spent unless you ask Erina something. Advanced is the command desk: Today's ranked queue, agents with thresholds you set, the options desk, backtests and scans. The toggle sits in the top bar of both, and flipping it takes you to the same page in the other view. What your plan changes is which Advanced features are open — the options desk on Pro, backtests and the scanner on Power — never which view you can use.

A single job with thresholds you set, run on a schedule against your real positions. One stock past 20% of the total, a holding reporting inside 14 days, losses past the wash-sale window, cash sitting idle. It writes when something crosses a line and stays quiet when nothing did, and before you keep one you see exactly what it would have said this morning. Agents live in the Advanced view: forty jobs across seven roles, with three, seven or twelve on the desk by plan. On Power you can also describe your own in plain English. What an agent finds also shows up on the Simple Home, as a sentence with a verb.

Because nothing crossed the line you set. The desk counts those as quiet checks instead of filling your morning with 'no change'. Everything an agent does say lands in Today's queue in the Advanced view, on the agent's own page, and on Home in the Simple view. You can mark each one useful or not, and mute an agent the day it stops being.

No. Erina isn't connected to your broker and has no way to execute anything. Every verb in the app opens something inside Erina — compare the choices, see how, draft a plan — and choosing one saves it as a tracked recommendation. The order itself is always yours to place, wherever you already trade.

Each paid plan includes a monthly pool. Credits are drawn by what the model actually reads and writes on each run, so there's no flat price per question — a short question costs less than a long workflow — and every call is listed with what it used on the AI activity page. Asking Erina a question, the AI steps inside Do something and the four workflows, and the handful of agents that read with a model draw from it. The Simple pages — Home, My money, Stocks — spend nothing: every number there is deterministic. Neither do imports, ticker lookups, charts, calendars or Today's queue.

No. Erina generates research and lays out choices from public data and your own positions. Nothing on the platform is personalized investment advice, and we are not a registered investment adviser. Every AI answer carries that line inline — the risk disclosures cover the detail.

Four ways: screenshot your broker app and drop the image in (Claude Vision reads tickers, share counts and cost basis, max 4MB), paste the rows as text, upload a broker CSV, or add positions by hand. Screenshot is the fastest — it needs nothing but your phone. Every import shows a preview to review before anything is saved. Importing is part of the trial and every paid plan; the Free plan can't add positions.

Some mobile apps (Robinhood and Webull among them) don't display it. Erina flags those rows rather than dropping them, and anchors them to today's market price so the position still enters your account — the gain since you bought reads zero on those names until you edit the cost, and the app prompts you to.

Yes, both from the Account page via the Stripe customer portal. Upgrades apply immediately with proration; downgrades take effect at the end of the cycle you already paid for. Cancelling drops you to Free at period end: the account and both views stay, but positions can't be added and the AI steps are off until you're back on a plan. Agents beyond the new plan's cap pause until you make room.
