What are AI credits?
A monthly pool that comes with every paid plan. Erina draws on it whenever she uses AI, and the model never knows who you are. Credits are metered by actual use, so there is no flat price per question, and your balance is always in Settings.
What is an agent?
An agent is a check Erina runs on your book that reports only when something crosses a line: a position past your size limit, a loss worth harvesting, a hedge that has become cheap, a name that reports next week. The walkthrough picks the ones your book needs and lets you move each line with one tap. You can see them, and what each one last said, under Watching. You can also describe your own agent in a sentence, and she reads it back before it runs.
Can I switch or cancel plans?
At any time, from Settings. Monthly credits don't roll over. Pay yearly and you get twelve months for the price of ten.
Can Erina connect to my brokerage?
On Pro and up. Pick your brokerage (Schwab, Fidelity, Robinhood and more), sign in to it through a secure connection partner, and your positions arrive as an account that stays in sync. The link is read-only: Erina can see your positions but never touch them. Disconnect at any time; the positions stay as an account you can edit by hand.

A screenshot of your positions page takes about a minute. Her agents read it on your own names, and she shows you what they found. Nothing changes at your broker.
