What do I get on the free trial, and do I need a card?
No card. Every new account starts on a 30-day trial with the Solo surfaces unlocked — all six workspaces, portfolio import, watchlists and Ask Erina. Importing your book is free during the trial, and the deterministic readouts on your own positions (value, concentration, winners past 20%, harvestable losses, the earnings queue) cost nothing to run. The AI credits that power the LLM workflows come with a paid plan — until you activate one, you explore those workflows on the sample books. When the trial ends the account falls back to Free rather than locking you out, and your data stays put.
What are AI credits?
Each plan includes a monthly pool. Erina chat answers, generated research, and workflow runs draw from it, and each run shows what it will cost before you press it. Ticker lookups, charts, cached research, and the deterministic detectors on your dashboard spend nothing at all.
Is this investment advice?
No. Erina generates research and structures trades from public data. Nothing on the platform is personalized investment advice, and we are not a registered investment adviser. Every AI output carries that disclaimer inline — the risk disclosures cover the detail.
Does importing my portfolio cost credits?
No. Screenshot and paste imports are explicitly exempt from the credit gate while you're on the trial — they're the only two things in the product that are. Getting your book in is deliberately free, so credits you later buy go to analysis rather than data entry.
Can I switch or cancel plans?
Yes, both from the Account page via the Stripe customer portal. Upgrades apply immediately with proration; downgrades take effect at the end of the cycle you already paid for. Cancelling drops you to Free at period end and keeps your data.
